Our Glasgow launch was an opportunity for guests to listen and take part in an important conversation already happening in the city.
With voices from the government, financial services and the wider tech community, we explored how digital services can better reflect the lives of the people who use them, especially those who are often left out.
The panel shared how routine processes like proving identity or eligibility can unintentionally exclude people, and how digital confidence does not always mean someone can access the services they need.
And how processes should be focused on trust, inclusion and the shared responsibility to remove barriers rather than create them.
